The Central Washington Agricultural Museum has many events throughout the year. Our biggest events are the Plowing Bee(Early April), Old Steel Car Show(End of April), Old Town Days(Fathers' Day Weekend), Civil War Reenactment(Fathers' Day Weekend) and the Pioneer Power Show and Swap Meet(End of August).

Horse drawn plows will demonstrate their power on both days. Come see these magnificent horses take us back to yesteryear! In addition, there will be demos of Jousting and Cavalry plus horse drawn Carriage Rides and the Central WA Ag Museum will be giving tram tours with some exhibit demos! 10-3pm - Join us for an annual favorite! The Old Steel Car Show will be back at the Central Washington Ag Museum with over 175 vintage cars on display. Have you always wanted your photo taken at an 'old time' gas pump? Today's your chance! The Ag Museum has a retro gas station and you’d look great sitting in your car in front of the old pumps. Great family event – kiddie games, free kiddie train rides, scavenger hunt and more! Free for spectators – no admission fee, no parking fee! Donations are always encouraged and gladly accepted. 9-8pm on Saturday & 9-3pm on Sunday. Washington State's biggest Civil War reenactment, encampment and living history event is in Union Gap every Father's Day weekend! FREE ADMISSION and FREE PARKING thanks to great community support by our sponsors! Donations are always encouraged and gladly accepted. The weekend kicks off with a unique Parade down Main Street Saturday Morning! Ag Museum Equipment, Civil War Reenactors, Horse Drawn Wagons, Abraham Lincoln and more that you won't see at other parades so don't miss it! All events subject to change. 9-8pm on Saturday & 9-3pm on Sunday. This event is part of Old Town Days. There will be 5 battles total throughout both days, including the popular evening battle Saturday. Each battles lasts about 45 minutes. There will be Re-live history at the Civil War Battle Reenactment. Come watch the North and South face off each day! This is Washington State's largest Reenactment Battle! Check out the Civil War Camps. Walk through the Union and Confederate camps, visit with the Civil War Reenactors and learn about our American History! This event is FREE but donations are encouraged and gladly accepted. Volunteers & Members meet at the museum to work on whatever needs to be done. Volunteers are needed for everything imaginable. Every skill at any level can be utilized. Everyone is encouraged to attend & be a part of the "Tuesday Crew". The volunteers & members meet 8 am-3 pm. Coffee break is at 10 am – join the "Tuesday Crew" for coffee & bring a "Brown Bag" lunch & join them for lunch.

Usually once each month 8:30am-noon. Check the Horse-n-Harness Group website calendar for exact dates.
Meetings are held on an as needed basis depending on donation requests.
Fourth Wednesday of the month @ noon – 2 pm. Shared “Potluck” starts at 12:30pm. All women are welcome to attend. “Newcomers” are encouraged to attend.
